2023 Astrology Dates To Watch Out For

The planets are supporting us this year to move forward, to make big changes and to shift our lives. Compared to the heavy astrology of the past few years, 2023 brings a nice break and a breath of fresh air. Of course so much depends on our own personal charts and transits! The big transits are not felt by everyone the same, so make sure to look for transits to your own chart and planets.

Overall this is big and eventful year for:
Taurus Sun, Moon, Rising
Libra Sun, Moon, Rising
Aries Sun, Moon, Rising
Aquarius Sun, Moon, Rising
We have 4 Mercury Retrograde periods which is a lot for one year. Mercury retrograde is not necessarily a bad thing – it just means Mercury isn’t operating at its normal speed and clarity. So watch out for communication issues, double check your messages, be careful what you speak. Lots of miscommunication can happen, there will also be big changes to online businesses and the way they function.
Jupiter entering into Taurus will be big change and it also begins the cycle of moving toward it’s conjunction with Uranus. These two planets are very different in their energies. One is about our blessings, money, enjoyment and our spirituality – the other likes to come along and change things up.
We will see major shifts to our financial systems during this conjunction. This conjunction will continue and strengthen well into 2024. With the closest conjunction happening on April 2024 where we will see big changes to our financial systems. 2023 is a big lead up to this event and we’ll feel the effects beginning in May.

Mars Direct in Gemini
Plans can start moving forward again. You may have more energy and feel rejuvenated, especially if you have strong Mars or Gemini in your chart. If you’ve been holding back on communicating anything, now is the best time to say it.

Mercury Direct in Capricorn
Communications, sales, online business and writing projects can start moving ahead with more ease.
January 18- April 21
No planets retrograde!
This is a good time to move thing forward, launch projects, make headway. Use this smoother time to your advantage.
March 7, 2023- May 24, 2025
Saturn moves into Pisces
Many will have profound mystical experiences once we bring structure to our daily spiritual practices. Spiritual teachers and communities will need to clean up and take more responsibility. Discipline is the key here.

Pluto moves into Aquarius
This is a preview of long term 20 year transit (which begins in 2024). Pluto creates big changes wherever it is. In Aquarius we’ll see MAJOR technological advances. For you it can mean you shift to a more humanitarian mindset. Good time to donate to a cause.

Solar Eclipse in Aries
The first eclipse in Aries – it will be fiery, powerful and brings epic fresh new starts. Eclipses are the most powerful cosmic events, and they change signs this year from Taurus/Scorpio to Aries/Libra.
May 16, 2023-May 21, 2024
Jupiter moves into Taurus
Jupiter blesses our money, but be careful of unexpected expenses and don’t take big financial risks. Be slow and methodical in any investments. We also have a conjunction with Jupiter and Uranus which increases slowly for the next year. It reaches its height in April 2024 but we’ll feel the energy of this much sooner bringing unexpected changes to our financial systems.

Lunar Nodes Change Signs
Nodes change signs into Aries and Libra where they will be for 18 months. We’ll see a shift to themes of relationships and independence and how to strike a balance between the two.
