The Frequency of the Week is to…re-imagine, re-connect, and re-write.
This week begins with a burst of fresh air as the New Moon in Gemini (May 26) opens a portal of possibility. On the same day, Mercury, Gemini’s planetary ruler, shifts into its home sign, amplifying clarity, curiosity, and the proclamation of our empowered voice.
Also on May 26, Mercury sextiles Neptune, which softens our mental landscape.
On May 27, Mercury trines Pluto, inviting us to communicate with depth and bold authenticity, then on June 1, Venus meets Chiron in Aries, which offers a heart-healing moment giving us a nudge to reclaim our desires without shame.
Theme of the Week: There is power in redefinition. We are free to change our minds and lead from new truths, and new iterations of ourselves.
The Energetic Forecast
In Love: Past wounds around worthiness may rise to be seen and soothed. The Venus-Chiron aspect encourages tenderness with ourselves and the courage to be loved as we are.
In Friendship: This is a week for truth-telling in relationship. Seek to be around friends who honour your becoming.
In Finances: Creative breakthroughs around money mindset arrive when we stay curious.
In Spirituality: This week offers spiritual attunement through simplicity. Truth lands when we get quiet enough to receive it.
Signs Most Impacted This Week:
Gemini, Aries, Aquarius, and Pisces (Sun, Moon, Rising) are especially activated by the cosmos this week, and are called to express what’s true, to heal what’s tender, and to trust what’s coming into view.
Weekly Journal Prompts:
- Where do I speak from instinct instead of intimacy, and what would shift if I paused to feel first?
- Have I confused adaptability with self-abandonment? What does it feel like to stay with myself as I change?
- If I could write a letter to my inner child using only questions, what would I ask them?
