Relationship Inventory

We’ll decode your “unconscious attractions” and explore your relationship history. You’ll learn how to spot the patterns that keep you from having the relationship you truly desire.

You’ll discover what has you drawn to certain characteristics (even though you say you want something else) – the ones that cause frustration, heartbreak or disappointment in your relationships. Then you’ll learn how to attract potential partners who can meet you on all levels — physically, emotionally, intellectually, and spiritually.

This isn’t about making yourself wrong, it’s about seeing where you may not be standing in your worth and reclaiming your most authentic self.

WEEK 3

Core Values and Expectations

Do you know what matters most to you when it comes to relationships? Not just with romantic partners, but friends and family too?

Are you unsure if your expectations are “too high” or if you’re settling?

In these two video sessions, you’ll have an opportunity to explore what your core values are and how to set boundaries that will help you create healthy, conscious and connected relationships.

You’ll discover the differences between healthy expectations and unrealistic ideals, how to identify red flags and green flags, and be able to visualize someone who is also in alignment with your core values. This week will give you clarity on what you truly need in a relationship.

This process will set you up for the final week – Love Mapping!

Love Mapping

In the final session, you’ve begun to make sense of your relationship patterns and you’ve deepened your level of self-awareness.

You feel close to yourself and now know what your wants, needs and core values really are!

You see the areas where you may have been settling, and you’re ready to step totally into the life you want. You’re Becoming the One.

The LOVE MAP is where you get to bring it all together and create a beautiful map of your desires for love, intimacy, connection and partnership – and then make it a reality!

But the most important part of all, is that you are now reconnected to yourself in a way you have always longed for.

You know that your relationship status does not define your worth and that the freedom to exist, just as you are, allows you to show up as your most authentic self.

There is so much great content in your videos, I think I ended up writing down almost everything that was said. Having (optional) subtitles for all the videos would have made that a bit easier.

In the Week 2 Relationships Inventory p2 is duplicated.

Love Map – I made it through this and am happy with what I came up with, but I am not sure I did the exercise as you intended. Are we listing ways in which we want to see our core values demonstrated in the relationship, or is it more of a vision board for things we want/how we want to feel? I was confused.

I Googled “Love Map” and found references to Gottman’s work but those were all love maps for couples. Anyway, I don’t feel like I need to redo this but some additional instruction about what the goal is here prior to all the “have fun with it” would have been helpful for me.

I would be very interested to know about new segments being added to this course. Rather than me checking back in randomly, would it be possible for you to general email clients and let them know?
